Customer Service We want you to be satisfied with our products. Please do not hesitate to us if you have a problem with any of your purchases. You can email us through the "Contact Us" page or you can call by using the information contained in the "About Us" page. Thank you for your business!
Our return policy for store bought items are as follows: 1. You have 10 days to return items in their original condition. Returns will not be accepted after 10 days unless some prior arrangement has been made.
3. Refunds will be issued in the same method as original payment.
4. No warranty is implied.
The following information must accompany your return:
1. Your receipt.
2. Your name, address and telephone number.
3. Reason for return.
Shipping Information for custome orders: We currently ship regualr U.S. mail, Priority mail and when necessary DHL/UPS. We have found this to be the most reasonable way to ship our products.
We charge a $5.85 shipping and handling fee on all standard orders. Larger orders will be shipped DHL/UPS and shipping will be added after it is calculated.
Sales Tax Information: All sales are charged a 6 % Michigan sales tax due to law changes.
Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express AND Cash or Personal check. We check Id's on all forms of payment except cash. A phone numbe is required on all transactions other than cash.
